how to discourage applicants...

...from applying for a position.

occasionally i look up online job postings for assistant photogs. then i came across this blatant approach to discourage those who can't speak a language from applying. they even bolded the font. can they not do it more subtly?

if this company were in the US or europe, i'd sue the shit out of this company, and the website that allows this kind of language. this is crazy shit. i dont know if i can even survive living here for long. the unequal job opportunity here is just too much.
