ridiculously good looking japanese men

i was just at my favorite bookstore kinokuniya at kuala lumpur klcc and found this crazy japanese hairstyle magazine for men (men's best hair super select 1000).
if i were just reading the text, i'd have no idea what the whole thing means but since there's tons of headshots in the zine, plus a few phrases in english that say: "super select" and "hyper cool", i can tell that this magazine is probably one of the many things that can verify the ridiculously cool modern japanese culture.

i always knew, however, that japanese men are metro and do pedicures and facials, but i never knew that japanese men are serious about their hair. this whole time i thought japanese women are the ones who are into hairstyling (i know this because i was obsessed with a 1999 japanese tv show called beautiful life). the plot involves this ridiculously good looking male hairstylist who falls in love with a ridiculously good looking cripple female (think of timmy but you'd want to pound his crippled vag. if he had one). but anyway, the story revolves around the hairstylist's lifestyle and how he styles women's hair and is very commited to his work so that he can present his own hairstyles at a hairstyling runway! crazy! a hairstyling runway!

there's this thing in recent trends in which some designers try to get male models who look as androgenous as possible that you cant tell if the model in the mens wear is a man or a woman. but if you look at the photos from this japanese magazine you can somehow tell that most of the models are really men but there's just a subtle hint of femininity to them. i guess what makes them not so androgenous is the models defined jaw lines. if you're white and cant tell if these models are men, you probably just think all asians look the same. but that's okay.

comparing LA hipsters and these japs:

all them pretentiousfake hipsters think they are goddamn cool but they are not because:
1: most of them are trustfund babies;
2: who never had an audioscrobbler account;
3: who never had good ratio on their indietorrent or oink accts;
4: who only like music they can dance drunk to but hardly appreciate other styles of music. (jesus, any music sounds good when you're drunk with your friends).

the list goes on and on but one to be added for sure is that:

> them hipsters dont have as good haircut as these japanese dudes.
i mean, look at how hot these guys are. this isnt the roll out of bed hairstyle but the stylist actually thought of the curls and the shape of the hair. crazy!

it's actually pretty insane but i do think they look more fashion forward than them hipsters. take that rudy's haircut! see if you can pull this shit off!

i always thought that japanese people can wear the most ridiculous clothes but always end up looking edgy and cool and sexy. kudos! all them hot people makes me want to visit japan even more! however, after i was done flipping through the pages (fyi you read japanese books from right to left) i saw david beckham's face on the back cover of the magazine. he really turned me off.

the best overall looks i like so far are these:

i'd kill to get that super slim cut checkered black and white pants. the suspenders make the pants extra awesome. but i dunno if i can see any hipsters getting away with this look though. it's worth a try but i really dont know. i dunno what it is about the hair and the facial structure of japanese but somehow they kinda make their face a permanent fashion accessory and their hair a moldable one.

half popped collar shirt with a red bow tie? i think someone wrote on gq recently that says that look is terrible but i dunno if that dude is right about this one. if this guy were in la, he'd be the most photographed hipster.

this guy reminds me of the dude from that band Health
